Hi all,
I have been balling letters "ping pong " with Lowell. First i received a letter later last year threatening legal action for a debt to EE. Firstly this ee account was out of contract and ported my number over to Vodafone back, 2013/2104. My initial reaction was to write to Lowell to dispute and request for a deed of assignment according to some forums and advise online. Lowell's answer was to pass the account on to another agency BPO to collect on their behalf. So I send BPO another letter reiterating my original request by requesting for the deed of assignment , and that the account is in dispute. Low and behold I just receive a letter from BPO with another letter from Lowell dated 12/08/2016. I suspect these is fake as the notice of assignment even though mentions ee is on a plan sheet of paper with Lowell's contact details. I guess my question is where do I go from here. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
