Lowell solicitors

Letter from this company has arrived my house, it is addressed to my son who has not lived here for over 10 years. They claim he owes Ł483 in unpaid Orange bills. He has not had a contract with Orange for over 10 years. Is he still liable after 6 years and one day. What can I do next

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
