Received directions questionnaire, should I accept mediation even without a breakdown of how they got to the amount I owe? Should I try and contact Moriarty Law offering another settlement?

Mediation worked but now received a letter from Moriarty asking for the payments to be made 5 days earlier than agreed at mediation so that they can be allocated to my account by the agreed date.
Would have thought that’s their problem and I’ve agreed to pay on a certain date and should keep to that.

Oh good you got a mediation agreement - well done - and no, if a date was agreed, stick to that .... unless you happen to have the money hanging about of course.
Sorry your our last few posts got missed though- it's always fine to tag or pm if you're not getting a reply xxx#staysafestayhome
