    When is the court date?

What was the basis of you seeking to set aside the CCJ?

Did you submit any witness statement and/or defence?

Have you asked if Lowell intend to turn up to the hearing? Did they submit any opposition to setting aside the CCJ?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

      in Court Claims and Issues

      12th June 2018, 03:56:AM

Morning everyone looking for some advice,
i found out about this ccj last week after being turned down to rent a property.
i had to go on the trust online to find out and then I contacted Northampton council who told me it was Lowell.
Its for a catalogue account £315 opened in August 2015 but I was already gone from that address in June.
I have sent a n244 form of and sent the copy to lowell explaining how I have only just found out and the account isn’t mine.
is there anything else I need to be doing now or asking them to prove.
      thanks

Have you send a SAR to the original creditor ( the catalogue company ) Subject Access Request Letter
If not it might be an idea to see if this was actually an account set up by way of ID fraud ( maybe the new tenant using your details to open an account and then it being traced to your new address as there wasn't any other trail ?)
Do you know if the claim was issued at that old address where the account was opened ? and it's been linked to you via your credit file addresses ?
Does anything actually show on your credit file or is it just on trust-online ?
What's the date of the Judgment ?

Also if you can answer R0b's questions above please
