        I still haven't heard anything back from NewDay or Link or anything further from Kearns. I'm going to submit my defence and send it recorded delivery by Tuesday.

        Regarding the defence, I'm not sure whether its section 77 or 78 for the CCA.

          Sending off first thing tomorrow, but is it worth putting anything in my defence about asset link no5 having their lapsed with the FCA?

            Hi, I know this is a long shot as this was posted a while ago. But could you update us on this nigrub? Asset link financial have recently acquired my debt and I'm doing a bit of research into the company. Did the ever respond with the documents you requested?

            I hope everything worked out for you.

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
