  • I can't put into words how relieved I am. I actually didn't think that it was making me that anxious but I feel like such a weight has been lifted that I can't believe it had me down so much!

    • Yesss !!!! Well bloody done.

Completely know what you mean about it getting you down but not really realising till it's over ... so pleased for you this is over with now

Judges generally don't like the claimants not showing in Court ... just seems disrespectful of the court, and the court process.

I can see what he means on the £50 bring a new agreement not necessarily settling the original agreement - still good he said the £50 should be on a second agreement so even if he'd gone against you the £50 and any interest attributed to it would have been removed ( but of course there was no one there to do the calculations )

Anyway, have a nice evening with lighter shoulders - and be proud of what you've done today ( and over the past 10 months ) - many ( approx 89% actually ) just roll over.

      • I could well believe that most people roll over. I saw the schedule for the afternoons hearings and all bar one were debt collection companies as the claimant; the other was a private parking firm.

I honestly can't believe how much better I feel now it's over. I think I'll sleep like a log tonight.

Thanks again for all of your help!!

        • Sorry to bring this back up. I am going through what you did, I have gotten as far as receiving the defence acknowledgement letter. I don't have a DN and I think that is the basis of my case, could be screwed if I get a judge like yours.
