Ha, yes one can indeed … sometimes they do ( actually quite often but don't get your hopes up too much ) Hopefully we'll get the info back from Lloyds before you have to exchange witness statements as that should help you expand on the defence if needed

Received a letter back this morning from arrow global replying to the letter I sent to them, this is what I received

Am I right in thinking they haven’t actually supplied me with anything I asked for? And also they didn’t send it in the 7 day time scale

anyway, that aside.... no they haven't supplied anything, just some waffle about last payment defaulting...when they sent that letter they hadn't seen your defence in any case so I'd just keep it on file with the rest of the court stuff..... that letter is a response to

So nothing to worry about in this letter?, one would assume now that if they pulled anything else out of the bag in court I could take issue with it as I asked them to supply what they had? I don’t suppose the judge would take kindly to that.

Don't think so, it's doesn't really say a lot, and certainly doesn't answer the defence, and sending it off to ARC Europe is a weird thing to do mid-litigation so we'll just see if they reply to your defence.

Received a letter from Lloyd’s today thanking us for sending ID and that they will complete the SAR request within 30 days.

Im getting myself all muddled up with what’s what, the balls in arrows court now yes?

Yes balls in their court Be nice if Lloyds get a chivvy on with the SAR so we can see what defence you have and what you can argue further on statute barred, but we'll have to twiddle our thumbs for a bit xxx

Who are the solicitors on the original claim form btw ?

Its just a bit odd they are telling you the account is being managed by this ARC Europe bunch.

Okay so original solicitors according to the claim form is in attachment 1, not sure if this helps you confusion but notice attachment 2? The arc Europe is written on there.

Indeed. Other cases have similar but different companies in ARCs place. Just something I'm keeping an eye on.

You keep communicating with Arrow and Reston's until you receive a notice of change of solicitor / claimant from court.

Received arrows completed directions questionnaire and they say they are in the process of reviewing my defence and will respond shortly.

Do arrow have a time scale to review my defence? Or can they take as long as they want?
