First though let me know what court say, if there is a default judgment you will have to apply to set aside. If there isn't then enter your defence through Moneyclaim online ( tbh if you can still log on to MCOL and enter your defence you should be okay so worth giving that a try if you can't get through to the court )

I could not get through to the courts and I could not login using claim number and password. I registered on line to search for the claim but could not find it. I shall post the defence registered delivery?

Are you on the right moneyclaim part - there's two now - you want https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome as opposed to https://www.moneyclaims.service.gov....r-claim-number

You could email your Defence but you would need to ring them to check address as they keep changing it - ccbc@justice.gov.uk - seems to be the current address - subject line needs to be DEFENCE - Claim XXXXXX - Cabot v Dylan - but post it as well.

Try again Monday to check it's received ( and that Cabot haven't snuck a Default Judgment in )

If you received the letter you posted before the Defence deadline then you can use that to try and set aside any judgment... but lets cross that bridge once you know what's happening.
