Bizarre, Ahhh well will all come out in the wash I expect.

Not getting far on Twitter, but not surprised, I spent half hour yesterday on their live chat trying to get a copy of an agreement so I could read the terms.

I mean, sometimes I think it's me being entirely dense and missing something obvious, but I'm sure her reply makes no sense at all...

    ( excuse my typo )

I've sent her a pic of your bill ( anonymised of course ) because she doesn't seem to get what I'm talking about.

I was thinking maybe it was where a contract had been 'upgraded' before the end so there was a cancellation fee for a previous contract, then if the new replacement contract defaulted, there was a termination charge for that - but none of the documents you've been sent bear that out at all.

No her reply makes no sense at all. My guess it's just what they have copied and pasted lol.
Well I'll wait and see what I get back from Lowell and go from there I guess.

Good plan, she replied again with this, so presumably there's a big cock up with that account somewhere between leaving Vodafone and going to Lowell.

No probs - if it had been legit I was with you on sorting instalments out before court action - but it honestly seems to have been hugely inflated so I can't say just settle it - there could be £227 outstanding ( last payment of £40 was made ( allegedly though you have no record of it ) before that invoice was issued ) so you could offer on that and dispute the rest - but they should evidence their case at least a bit if they expect you to pay £700 odd and evidence it with a £227 bill - just bizarre.

Ok - have you got any record of those £10 payments in jan to June 2015?

That statement they they sent is not an outstanding airtime/data breakdown - it quite clearly says its a charge for cancellation.
