gwenlillian Whist we appreciate you feel aggrieved previous posts combined with you last one are ranting.
I know now you think that you can go to court, show that your colleagues had refunds and that you have been treated unfairly. Then the judge should strike out the claim and you go on your way.
The reality of court is that it doesn’t work like that.
Your argument is this:
I and some of my colleagues went to a job interview, we parked and we got tickets. We all appealed and they got theirs refunded because they were visiting at our employers invitation.
Now let let me play devils advocate as council for the Claimant:
The defendant admits attending the premises, the terms of parking there a clearly defined and upon entering the hotel lobby the reception collects the registrations of all visitors.
My client are employed because not all those using the parking facilities are visitors to the establishment.
My client operate an appeals process for thier parking charge notifications and it is my understanding that the defendant has exhausted that Avenue.
The defendant cites other successful appeals by his colleagues, but my client considers each appeal on its individual merit and without the details of each case I can’t elaborate on their successful appeals.
Many people visited those premises that day, they entered the car park agreeing to the terms of he signage and proceeded upon swing the clear sinage in the hotel reception registered their vehicle.
The defendant entered and exited the car park, but did not register thier vehicle at reception and therefore was correctly issued a PCN.
Now what your colleagues have said doesn’t matter because their individual circumstances could be different to yours. The fact you were there is all that matters and as you’re not challenging any of the important stuff like failing to send a PCN within the prescribed timescale means you’re on dodgy ground.
Asking for letters to be posted up is par for the course here, nobody wants your personal details and that’s why you should obscure them.
The purpose of seeing isn’t to call you a liar it’s to give you the best advice to be able to win!
I’m afraid if you don’t post them there’s going to be very little anyone here can do more than we already have.COMPLETING AN N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE (SMALL CLAIMS TRACK) GUIDE

OK - I get it. But sometimes people can feel threatened by the simplest thing when they are under extreme stress already, not just this PCN thing. So Ostell, I quite understand if you are ruling me out and I suppose the terminology threw me. I will come back another time when my brain allows to get some more info posted.

I know it might seem like people here are against you, but they’re seeing it from the other side and trying to find the holes that the other side will in order to make sure the holes are filled in.
