    I would be prepared for them to apply to lift the stay at some point although no one can give you a definitive answer

    Use this time to make sure you have all the documents you may need - SAR for example

      the ball is in their court now they would have to pay to lift a stay! no telling of course only time will tell, so sit back and enjoy life for now, ratio your guess is as good as mine!

        Thank you both. I have my SAR from the bank but there is so much confusing info, not quite sure what I should be doing with it?Any tips would be gratefully received!Many Thanks

          Lloyd's do not provide a copy of the notice nor deed of assignment in the SAR package, or at least they certainly didnt with mine? Have a read through the account notes and look at any screen shots they’ve provided you with. You are looking for details of default, sale of account etc.

          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
