    Would you be able to post the particulars of claim please as the CPR request does depend on what is in there. I'm guessing the issue date of the claim was 5-1-2018 not 2013 ....

    Is this for a credit card, loan, bank account overdraft ?
    Any specific issues with it that you can think of ?
    When approx did you first open the account ?
    And how much approx is the claim for ?

      Thankyou. Sorry I am having a problem with the forum posting.
      This is the particulars. Many thanks

      1. The defendant opened a Lloyds (credit card) regulated consumer credit account under reference xxxxxxx on 20/03/2008 ('the Agreement'.)
      2 In breach of the agreement the defendant failed to maintain the required payments and the agreement was terminated.
      3. The agreement was later assigned to the claimant on the 27/06/2016 and written noyice given to the defendant.
      4. Despite repeated requests fro payment the sum of £1,452.63 remains due and outstanding. And the claimment claims
      a) The said sum of £1,452.63
      b) Interest pursuant to s69 Count Courts Act 1984 at the rate of *% per annum from the date of assignment to the date of issue, accuring at a daily rate of £0.318, but limited to one year accuring at a daily rate of £0.318 but limited to one year being £116.21
      c0 Costs

        Yes sorry date was 05 january 2018 for the issue date

        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

        If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
