    Hi

If you submitted online you can keep an eye by looking at MCOL
Next stage is you will get a DQ from Moriarty Law and also a blank one from the court

You then send your completed one back to the court with a copy to moriarty

Next step is the court will send out some directions, usually when the hearing is and what you have to do such as serve a witness statement etc by x days before the hearing

Just because they have said they are proceeding doesn't actually mean they will take it all the way - although be prepared for them to do it

        That is normal for MMF

That is why they were in trouble with the FSO last year. They try to enforce regardless of the circumstances & the evidence.

Funny that a company built on recovering cars on finance turned their business in to collection agents for 2nd rate defaults of payday loans.

I'm kinda curious as to what you know about MMF and who the FSO are?

My understanding is that they came to into existence from the ashes of some dodgy Glaswegian DCA ( can't remember the name now). They have for several years purchased debts from PDL's although the number of claims issued used to be almost zero and have now increased.

This increase in claims seems to have happened since the restructuring of the company, it wasn't that long ago the only people with significant interest were barny and neil with bazza as head of compliance.

I personally have taken them to the FOS at least twice for their appalling debt collection practices, in fact during one of my complaints they actually changed their website and tried to pass that off as how they operated - soon proved that wrong.

There was a time a few years ago that a site team member of CAG claimed to be collating info for a super complaint however when asked, CAG now deny that was ever the case which leaves me worried as to what happened to the personal data help by the site team member.
