Hi all, just a quick question on how likely will Lloyd bank go ahead with courts claim? I've applied and paid and showing as requested. How soon will Lloyd bank see it?

Have you brought the claim against Lloyds or they against you ?
From what you say it sounds like you brought a claim against them, and have applied for default judgment ?#staysafestayhome

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service
Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
