      Yeah I didn't get a lot of feedback but fortunately I had an old comprehensive defence drawn up by PT which I used as a basic template and then modified it to fit this case. Seems to have done the trick

        That £305 refund may have been for interest charged in a period where NRAM 'forgot' to send out their annual statements, - as opposed to a refund of charges (particularly if you hadn't complained about them at the time) - http://www.n-ram.co.uk/loans/cca-loans - it was originally looked at early 2012 so could be. Just a guess anyway, I suppose it matters not now

          Well my best guess for the £305 was 9 lots of bounced Direct Debit charges at £30 each plus one request to alter my monthly repayment date costing £35. I wasn't aware of the errors NRAM made regarding their statements and don't appear to have received any correspondence from them regarding this.

          Does this mean that I may be entitled to claim a refund from NRAM?
