The wheel of my bicycle was destroyed by a large jagged peice of steel sticking out of the canal towpath, part of the old canal bank , I know that it is owned by the canal and river trust and it is a public permissible path , which i am entitled to ride on and they encourage cycling on.
The claim will only be £ 50 , its not a fancy bike.
How should I go about this ?
