    I cannot see how you can describe yourself as a ‘partnership’ and then be exempt from the partnership act? They answer each others emails, their business is so intertwined they are essentially one and the same.

    In listing ARP as liable for costs, would you suggest the magistrates court has made an error? East SC are still listed as defendent on the court summary.

    It seems churlish on the part of the council, seven months latter to argue what could essentially be called an administrative error?

    also should an actual cost order have been produced or do you think that did happen?

      "Partnership" is not a restricted word that can only be used for organisations covered by the Partnership Acts. That's why the Act starts by defining the type of partnerships it covers.

      Have you complained through the ESC stage 1 and stage 2 procedures? If so you could take your complaint against ESC to the LGO

        Yes, a complaint regarding their conduct in obtaining and attempting to enforce a liability order whilst I had a pending appeal is currently with the ombudsman.

        On the matter of the cost award, and potential error, how would you suggest this will be resolved?

        East Suffolk Council will know in their mind they are liable as defendent in the hearing. For a very modest amount will East Suffolk Council further burden the court by asking for the matter to be reopened?

            One last question, who decides what is, and what is not a non legal entity, does this have to be disclosed to any authorities?
