Just been on the phone to overdales. He did my I&E asked about my health etc and because I am dealing with stepchange they are referring it back to Lowell and are taking no further action at their end. What happens next?

So what did they say about the £1 that's supposedly been split into 3 and added as a payment to the 3 accounts?

It has been used as payment towards the 3 accounts. He said I can disregard the claim form and Lowell ‘might’ get in touch with me in the future?

haha no don't disregard a court claim form, that is a short way to get a CCJ.
