Hello everyone, hope I’m doing this right

Council attempting to cover up an illegal act carried out in a local cemetery.

Is anyone able to confirm, (without any doubt), that the unauthorised and deliberate removal of cremated remains, carried out without permission, by council staff, from a designated cremated remains plot, is a criminal act.

I am the present owner/leaseholder of the family cremated remains grave.
