Thank you - this is super helpful. As discussed earlier in this thread, I didn't submit a Reply with the questionnaire but filed it two weeks later without the court's permission. The aim was to amend the relief sought in response to the Defence.

The best thing to do is ring the Court, find out if they received it, you should get a response to it.
