Do you mean the "Civil National Business Centre" in Northampton? That is the national administration centre for county courts/small claims courts. They are the only people who can give you the details of what the CCJ is for so you need to keep on trying to get in touch with them. All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

You can check online via the following site, if it was issued in Dec 2023 - https://www.trustonline.org.uk/
There is a small fee. There are things that can be done about it.

The best way to get through to Civic National Business Centre by phone is to start phoning just before the lines open (8:30am?) and then hang on until they answer. Monday is a good a day to try. They usually pick up after 10-15 mins wait - earlier if you are lucky. I've done it several times successfully recently. .
