    Ok now we have established that, then I would agree that the primary argument is that you are not bound by the terms of contract of the parking signs. The onus is on the parking co that you are subject to those terms because your tenancy agreement does not say that parking is subject to additional terms of parking.

    Do you photographs of the signage that you could upload so that we can see what it says exactly?
