        • If you aren't prepared to try to settle the matter with a settlement offer, then the Hearing will be a waste of time. But if you want to try to settle the matter, there is an opportunity to do so at the Mediation Hearing. You need to decide what to do. Read post No.103 again.

          • Ok have replied back to accept mediation. With just name case number email and phone number will wait till the date and explain ti them that i have not recieved the paper work and i am happy to make an offer of 300 for a settlement to close the case as my family member is lending me the money to do so. Does that sound about right.

            also just to clarify is it the cpr or sar that i have to say that i didnt recieve. And is there any other things i need to mention

              They haven't sent you a copy of the service agreement, the Terms and Conditions etc (but double check your thread for that information).
              Also find out what CPR and SAR stand for.

                        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
