      even 6 weeks would have seen the Claimant out of time though

        That isn't my point: the order would have allowed for a more sensible time after delivery. The DJ wasn't to know the OP would be out of the country.

          i get your point. But youre never going to change the Court system, as each court is diffierent, some run in arrears more than others.

            Update, I have handed in the previous POC as everyone thought it was dead and buried, I'll just hope it would be good enough
