Hi all, a little update. Over a year has past and heard nothing so far. Moneyclaim is still showing the same as before. Is this normal in these cases?
I don’t like it hanging over my head but I’m also thankful that is hasn’t progressed thanks to the excellent advice I have received here.

Yes, it's normal, MCOL rarely gets updated.

In your experience how likely is it that the paperwork will turn up at some point and the case will proceed?

I wouldn't like to speculate, but do you know exactly when the account was opened?

Unfortunately I don’t and my online Cabot account doesn’t appear to show it. All I know is it was before 2017 as it has now dropped off my credit file.

'The letter i have received today is in my maiden name as the debt was from before i got married (which was 13 years ago).' So we are looking at pre 2010, it's best to see how things unfold.
