Hello. I received fer days ago a letter from the County Court Business Center,Northampton about one debt I am having for Cabot Financial( 2700 overdraft Lloyds Bank few years ago(. My question is: should I pay?can I get rid of it(I saw soo many debts company that will help people to pay off 80%of the debts and I don’t know if all this is real). I am really stress, staying home mum, not working at all as I have a little baby and getting some Universal credit. What is your advice, please? Anyone have ever been in my situation? Thank you

You are now being taken to court. Unless you respond and defend then you will end up with a CCJ against you. I think it is a bit too late to even try to make arrangements to pay less.
If you are on UC then the court might just have to make arrangements for you to pay.
