  • Directions questionnaire

Hi all I'm a bit worried so looking for advice, my directions questionnaire is due to be received by the court today the 23rd. I sent this on the 17th and paid 6.70 for the privelage of having it delivered before 1pm next day. Upon checking tracking number it was delivered next day the 18th signed for by a A. Joe. I'm worried because today is the 23rd and it's not showing on MCOL. Should I be worried? Every other part of the process is logged on there.

CCBC and CCMCC, well courts in general can have weeks of backlogged paper work. It will be stamped with the date received and waiting to be processed. Give it a couple of weeks and if still nothing logged give them a call.
