I am defendant in a small claims case.

The other day I received an order awarding Claimant their claim plus costs.

Called the court and they told me the hearing was on 17 Jan.

However, previous paperwork from the court says "The case be listed for hearing before the District Judge in the Small Claims List on 17 February 2020..."

This there anything I can do?

You have the letter that states the 17th Feb ?

Does it also ask for exchange of witness statements / documents ? Also did the claimant attend the hearing ?
