  • Completed Form N215. Who to send to at the Court?

I apologise if this appears to be a somewhat stupid or elementary question, but it’s because I can’t seem to find a specific answer within the CPR, in the notes associated with the form itself or online that I’ve resorted to asking it here.
*I am due to serve, in due course, on the other party to the dispute in which I am embroiled, documents pursuant to my claim which the County Court has ordered I serve. To that end, I will need to complete an N215 form and return it to the Court as confirmation I have complied with the order. obviously I need to return this to the Court. What I’m not sure however is who exactly at the Court I need to send it to? The CPR simply says “the Court” as do the guidance notes. Given that my local county court must receive hundreds of these forms daily, I am anxious that it be sent to the right person or department. Can anyone please advise me about this? Thank you.*

You just need to address it to the court where the clerks will allocate it to the correct file.
