Claim form for multiple parking tickets - urgent advice needed

Now you've acknowledged you need to get the documents ( copies of the parking notices ) to see what defence you may have available to you - ostell do you use for 31.14 for these requests on parking claims ?

If I dig deep I may find one or two tickets for the wording and I know the original price of them if that's of any use?

Does anyone with that from this sign I didn't enter into a contract for any reason?

Hmmm they aren't regulated and therefore cannot undertake reserved legal activities - of which conduct of litigation is one. I don't know how they'd do the acknowledgement in their address either - that would mean going on the record.

They don't say they do that on their website - of course what they say on their website and what they actually do might differ but I would want guarantees in writing first that they will do what they tell you ( acknowledgement, defence and if you lost the case, pay the CCJ within the month )[/LIST]

He said it could take a while and I was "thinking too far ahead" as they normally get the claim thrown out before 'court'. I don't feel that comfortable anyway so would rather just work from info and advice on forums. £50 to fight a claim PLUS guarantee of no ccj may be too good to be true?

Parking fines were named as an "address protection service" on a trustpilot review, I don't know if that gives you any more info.
