  • Deadline passed to receive evidence/witness statement

    Hi

the deadline has passed for the defendant to provide me with their bundle/evidence/witness statement

What’s the best course of action? Could I use this to my advantage?

    Thank you

In court you can ask that they are not allowed to use any documents as they have not served them on all parties.
