  • County Court Order..Meaning?

Hi...could someone please clarify the meaning and consequence of this County Court Order.

The text of the Order reads:

    BY CONSENT
    IT IS ORDERED THAT

1 The claim be transferred to the First Tier Tribunal
2 There be no order as to costs

Am I correct to assume that the litigants will be responsible for their own costs in the Tribunal proceedings, or, is the reference to 'no order as to costs', referring specifically to the costs related to the issuing of the Order.

Many thanks in advance for any response.

It means that the case will be transferred and that no costs will be paid by either party to the other.

Its the costs of the order that point 2 covers, not the costs of the whole proceedings,
