  • Court awards Santander costs

    Hi all

Please can someone give me advice

I was trying to get bank charges recovered from Santander, however court ruled that it was statute barred as it was over 6 years ago. It awarded that I have to pay Santanders legal costs which they say are £1490. I cannot afford to pay this. Can someone please advise me of my options.

    Thanks for your time

Your options are basically to ask them to pay in instalments, this is a CCJ against you and if you do not pay they have all manner of options to recover the money from you.

did you challenge them using the foster burnell case? And did you argue unfair relationship under s140A Consumer Credit Act?
