      Okay. So there's time. I think I would write a consent order agreeing to set aside and striking out the claim and send it to them to agree and ask them to send it to the court.

      Did they send a letter with their Notice of Discontinuance ? Might be worth posting that up to see what they think they are doing.

      In 2017 he was served a ccj for non payment of bills which he paid but he did not tell me that my name was showing on the bills and court papers
      If he paid within 28 days of the judgment then it shouldn't be on the register or your credit file in any case. Any idea when he paid it?

        See the letter says that they agree to have the judgement set aside but like you say they've then issued a notice of discontinuance.

          He has a payment plan with them for it I believe? I don't think it was paid off. I have letters from Anglian saying they accept that I'm not responsible at all. Hopefully this will be enough for the judge.
