I have received a payment demand letter and response form from the county court business centre for a parking fine.
the letter says that I have renaged on an agreed payment ( which I have not)
this claim is from a parking enforcement company . Does anyone have any experience of this?

Do you have a CCJ against you already which you haven't paid or is this a Claim form ?

Who are the parking company and is it for your car and could your car have been anywhere near where they allege it was.

Have you moved house recently or have you disposed of a car recently?
