    Ind ltd ccj

    I have had a letter off ind ltd Peterborough telling me to attend court for payment of £5200 it does not say what the debt is for and is the 1st i have heard of it,there is a ccj on my credit report from them 04/07/2013 what do i do now im due in court on the 20th and am paying off some debts already and this has come out of nowhere i dont have money and struggle as it is what to do now?

      It sounds like they are trying to enforce before 6 years have passed since obtaining the CCJ. You will need to contact the court and potentially, if the court don't have the information, IND, to ask for details of the claim.

      Is the letter an order for you to attend court for questioning on your finances ?
