I have evidence for my case that is about 2000 pages. It does not all need to form part of my evidential bundle, but would I be allowed to scan and upload all the documents on a file sharing site, to allow the judge and laypeople to view the documents, should they want to whilst they are making their decision? Would this allowed? Sorry if it is a stupid question!
can I upload the bulky evidence?

You should disclose anything necessary through the formal disclosure channels and file and serve it on the parties. If it has the possibility of affecting the outcome of your case it should be included in your bundle. 2000 pages is an awful lot, what kind of documents are they ? Can you select the parts that are directly relevant out of the 2000 and include them.

I'm not sure the judge is allowed to google either tbh ... do the other interview notes actually assist your case ( and presumably they are heavily redacted if obtained under FOI - do they show ethnicity of interviewee ? are they to evidence that you were the most qualified / suitable candidate ? )#staysafestayhome
