Help, what do we do?

Hello,
Some of you lovely people have given me some advice on another thread relating to a claim being made by a company in the wrong name.

We have recived the evidence from them today and although I haven't gone through it fully yet, one glaring issue is that there are invoices included that have materials that have nothing to do with us but also most worryingly is there is a hand writting invoice with our address on but dated before we even agreed to work starting with the company so it has to be forged.

What can I do?
