    Hi
    I was advised by peoples of beagles to send this for to lowell. but i am a first timer and confused so can anyone check the letter that
    i have made and tell me if i did it right and do i have to send any money or postal order with it.

    Do you have a copy of the particulars of claim ? Just to check you've asked for everything you can ( as you only have agreement on there )

      Ok got it from your other thread

      so add in ' notice of default / termination ' and 'notice of assignment '

      it's best to keep posting on the one thread so people can see where things are at, I'll merge this with your original thread a bit later xxx
