  • Hi all, Not new to the forum but been a long time since Ive been here - CCA Advice

    Hi all,

I have been recommended to your site by Sara at Debt Camel. I need some advice about my request for a CCA. I sent the standard letter requesting a true copy of the original credit agreement with the usual 12 day time limit. I sent the letter in December 2017 and heard nothing more from them until the beginning of April 2018. Due to some difficult personal issues I didn't respond in anyway to their letter and to date I've not heard anything more from them. The advice I need is how valid the document is that they've sent and also the timescale they've taken to send it. I understood they had 12 working days so where do I stand with the fact they've taken nearly 5 months. I am happy to upload the document if it helps. TIA J

well it is unenforceable until/if they supply copy, even if they did there are facts that may make it unenforceable, = meantime long may they not find it! if they do then come back on here and advice will be given as to what they have sent!

Well first thing's first, what exactly is the document that has been sent?

In these circumstances you are probably best to upload the document and redact any personal info so we can take a look.
