Hi. Looking for a bit of advise.
Received a claims for on 11th may from restons soliciters/arrow global
Did acknowledgment online
Sent both letters with postal order.
Defense has gone in on the 12th June I think
Today received a reply today 21st June off arrow global that the claim is now being dealt with in-house litigation team.
Stated the account is with Aqua taken out on the 24/3/2013 and last payment credited to the account wasn't for £1.00 on 13/6/2018 ( this part I don't understand)
they also have wrote requested documentation from the original creditor and will be provided upon receipt.
Im unsure of what to do now or what even this means.
