    Arrow Global/Restons

    Hi. Looking for a bit of advise.

    Received a claims for on 11th may from restons soliciters/arrow global

    Did acknowledgment online

    Sent both letters with postal order.

    Defense has gone in on the 12th June I think

    Today received a reply today 21st June off arrow global that the claim is now being dealt with in-house litigation team.

    Stated the account is with Aqua taken out on the 24/3/2013 and last payment credited to the account wasn't for £1.00 on 13/6/2018 ( this part I don't understand)

    they also have wrote requested documentation from the original creditor and will be provided upon receipt.

    Im unsure of what to do now or what even this means.

    Thanks in advance to any advice I'm stuck.

    await court instructions , up to them so get the documents (Their problem at the moment)

      give more details i.e. claimant . alleged owed amount, default date. last payment etc

        Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

        If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
