There needs needs to be a Consent Order filed at court (£100 fee).
If the other party is a lawyer then ask them to draft the Order for you.

My advice was to ask the Judgment Creditor to simply draft the Order not pay the £100 fee which would be the responsibility of the OP when filing it at court.Originally posted by jaguarsuk View Post
