    Just to add, Paulajane - The original cases were 2008 and 2010. I was summoned to court (as the wrong individual) around 3 weeks ago for these previous cases.

      Do i look for No win, No fee lawyers and see if they want to take it on? (i'll obviously read the small prints very very closely).

        Yes as it will likely be very complex dealing with this, so having someone work on your behalf will be a good idea.
