Yes 30 sounds right. I will try to find the link for the website later when I get home.

I will pay the fee if I have to. You may recall in my earlier posts I said I had made that arrangement under duress and because I panicked with all the emails from Asset and TM Legal.

so should I write to Asset first and ask them to agree to set aside or directly to court.

Also. What do I tell the court about the payment arrangement

I wonder if it's worth calling the court and asking for a copy of what Asset provided the court as your admission when asking for judgment, tell them you didn't enter an admission and explain what happened - likely it will result in them sending you the N244 form to set aside but you might be able to find out what Asset did and when they entered for the judgment. It'd be good to know exactly what Asset told the court and when.

At the time you made the ' offer' you were being harassed by a debt collection company ( TM Legal ) and at that time did not know they had already issued a claim ( to an incorrect address despite them having written to you at the correct address ) and had you received the claim you would have defended as you do not believe the money was owed.

I have spoken with the court and they state Asset provided nothing. They are now going to write to Asset and request proof of admission.

He said it will then go in front of the judge. But they will have emails from me about the payment plan. I fear that i am just digging myself into a hole.
