Hi so I shoplifted and got a letter from brcp did anyone who shoplifted before got this letter and then a fine or did you just get a fine from rlp can brcp do anything and will they tell the police will I get more letters what happens now I'm going mad I shoplifted at primark yh I learnt my lesson so can anyone help me. Please and also someone said to me they involve the police when I got caught the manager said I'll get a fine in the post and that I don't get it cos others threads people recieve a rlp letter and that it does it mean this matter will get worse its taken over my life please anyone who went through this advice me or anyone know anything thanks

Thanks for those - yes they are just telling you that they have your details on file, that they'll be shared amongst their members and that if you are caught shoplifting again you may face further action.
It does say at the top that no payment is required.
The rest of the letter is just them complying with data protection rules in telling you they are holding your data, what they will do with it, how long they will hold it for and what your rights are with regards accessing your data.

No. You might get an invoice from RLP in a couple weeks. Ignore it or pay it is up to you. If you pay it that's that. If you don't you'll get a few more letters then they'll go away.
Nothing else will happen unless you decide to have another shoplifting episode.#staysafestayhome

It's a standard letter they send to everyone because, basically, under the data protection act they are obligated to. If you are going to be stressing about it you can send them a data Access Request and they will have to tell you exactly what data they hold.

I have for the rlp one but not bcrp plus a lot of people have only done it once in a store I did it a few times in the same store I have stopped and learnt my lesson the only thing is that like how would they get my picture and like if I did it a few times would I have got a court letter by now
