    hi any advice i have received a letter from ccl regarding my outstanding debt with rlp which was over 2 years ago now and ia m getting very stressed out over this.can they take me to court over this outstanding payment even tho i went to court over this theft and was fined and given a communinty order which i served ?please any help

      I would suggest that you ignore it. There is no debt to RLP, you have already been punished by the courts and RLP cannot "punish" you anyway or again.

      Or you write back and point out that you deny any debt owed to RPL and continued correspondence is harassment.

        Suggesting that Amethyst might transfer your post 46 above to your original thread where you could post up a redacted copy of that latest letter.
