If they want them back you can tell them where they are for collection and they have a limited time in which to collect before you dispose of them.
You are under no obligation to return them even if they send prepaid envelope. You do not have to carry them to the PO

Hi I will email them along the lines that if they want the pens back then they will have 14 days to come and collect them along with the slate hearts they sent instead of the pens. It seems to me that the COE doesn't seem to be that bothered about answering my letter which I sent to them recorded delivery. Will keep you
      posted. Rosie

Hi Nem I I had a reply to my email I sent to The Works about the gel pens I received at the weekend, customer services stated that the supervisor had sent them for the inconvenience and that I was not being charged. This morning more gel pens turned up along with a gift card to use in the store and a letter from the customer services manager. I think we can put that one to bed now. Rosie

What are you like! Haha no more pens honest, just had a count up I have about three dozen pens! I will probably spend it on something to keep my personal things tidy and organised that will be a nice change I'll be able to find things then instead of having to go through everything! Rosie
