    Re: Parking eye

no i'm sorry i don't. i did it bulletpoint fashion. I stated i had been for a meal in a restaurant and had always been told it was ok to use car park. i explained i could proove this with recepts etc. i explained that all the shops were shut. i asked for a break down of charges as i didnt understand how a 21 minute overstay equated to 100 pounds. i explained there were no visible sign at the entrance to the car park or in the area i was parked. i breifly mention the LBC was non complient as they hadnt provided me with all the info need to defend the claim.

Can you log in to the court system using the password on the form and see if you can copy it and also see if you could change it which it sounds like we need to as you're going to need a very friendly judge from what you've said and they are pretty scarce.

I'm sure they'd be delighted to take your money.

          I wouldn't but it's your choice.

Have you contacted the restaurant yet ?

Because you said others had success when doing so, which leads me to believe they are either the land owner or have sufficient sway to get their customers off rather than lose a customer who is rather upset with them because of parking issues.

                Re: Parking eye

the restaurant owners have had no contact with the land owner, they have no idea who owns the land. they 2 couples who had success received the first letter, wrote to parking eye, parking eye asked for proof of being in the restaurant which they provided and then the charge was quashed. i have a receipt, a written statement from an employee saying i was there and a photo of the restaurant showing the car park sign. this sign has now been painted over by myself as a few more people has since got caught out.
