Okay Hi Windy xx Welcome to LB.

Could you post up your defence please.

Was there any other paperwork with the notice of hearing - any directions to submit witness statements / evidence ? If not they are usually due 14 days before the hearing - so 14th July.

Have you checked with the court whether Mr Howard has paid his hearing fee ? (it is likely he has but always an idea to check)

Okay Witness Statements due in about now.... Windy

CHECK the second page of your hearing document for when they need to be in. Usually 14 days before.

See Peter's Witness statement for an idea http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...083#post560083

Re: Windy v BPS - Hearing date 29th June

Hi all at legal beagles, first chance to let you all know that we had another great result against the bullish behaviour of BPS.
Carry on your great support and thank you to all who have helped me win this case.
The result was because in our case BPS had changed the original contract that I had signed and by doing that had formed a new contract which I had not resigned.
personally I think they were just looking for a technicality that they could dismiss the case on with out any reprisals.
kind regards
windy

Congratulations Windy xxx That's 16- 0 to consumers against BPS.

Would you be up for chatting with Trading Standards about your case ? They need a couple more people to give statements for their investigation into Richard Howard and BPS.
